Week 5 - Round 10 - 5 Maple Square (Rainseeker)
Aremis started a garden, Benjamin and Patricia grew into toddlers, nanny problems, and Aremis finally realized that his family was living rather pathetically.
Everyone's going to work or school today, which leaves the toddlers at the mercy of Calista, so Aremis is trying to spend a bit of time with them before he has to leave.
Calista actually seems to be interested in the kids today. Maybe she's just trying to make up for the fact that she wouldn't bathe Ben last time.
Calista may be being affection today, but she's still not very effective. We have two very sleepy toddlers here, and she just keeps kissing them, sigh.
My my, what a wonderful nanny we have! She let the poor children pass out on the floor. Good grief!
"Mommy, Calista was horrible to the twins, please don't leave them with her again!"
"Your dad should get a promotion today Amanda, and then he'll be home with them more often."
Poor Piper is still studying away so that she can escape to uni ASAP and make space for more children in the family. She really is being very supportive of her mother's desires.
Aremis and Tina have this whole family thing worked out. They're very good at divvying up the chores involved in child rearing.
It seems that Tina's decided to take a turn at this whole gardening thing. Just as well, Aremis is exhausted from his earlier stint of weeding.
Meet Rainbow. Unfortunately for me, all the sims in this family are obsessed with the empty small pet cages so we have to stock them so that we can empty those wants out of the want slots.
This little one is named Tate (pronounced Tah-tay) after my very first gerbil. If I remember correctly I named her Tate because I had been reading an historical novel involving the Lakota, and the author said that it meant wind.
For all that Marcus and Amanda are twins, its more often Piper and Marcus that you find playing together.
Saturday night and it's Birthday Time! Piper almost made it to her cake, but not quite.
Then it was the twins turn, first Patricia, then Benjamin, and everyone managed to grow up well!
Piper gets a new room now that she's a teen, freeing up her bed upstairs for Patricia to take over, and Benjamin will be bunking in with Marcus.
Poor Marcus seems to be odd man out on this little family bonding moment.
I finally got around to making Amanda very goth since she chose what I call the Wednesday Adams dress. That expression on her face goes so well with it, lol. She actually gave it the nod when she checked it out in the mirror.
Piper's still studying away. Good thing her father got those bookshelves!
With the way Piper's going if I don't let her sleep, she just may be able to make it to University before Tuesday morning, good thing she grew-up on a weekend!
Other kids get to play on the weekend, but not this family, there's just no time with me striving to get at least one family with 10 Children.
I'm so proud of you Piper! It's noon on Sunday and she's managed to get to level 8 on all of her skills! Good Girl! As a reward you may now spend time until Monday afternoon/night talking on the phone!
Benjamin is the last of Piper's siblings that she's not friends with, and that just won't do!
Err, Pat? Marc? I'm not sure your mother is going to be thrilled that you're playing ball in the greenhouse. She's gotten rather possessive of it lately you know.
It appears that it's Christmas at the Rainseekers'. I wonder if Santa will show, and if they've been naughty or nice?
Looks like they've been good little sims! Too bad he doesn't leave a toy for each child!
Looks like Tina's making a turkey, you all know what that means. Yes, tomorrow is headmaster day.
Hello Monica (Luworld Home). It appears that that sweater is pinker than we thought. It must have been the orange lighting of fall that made it appear red.
Aremis is the only one home on Monday, so all the cleaning prep falls to him. Poor guy!
Thank you Meadow! You are the answer to Piper's dreams since she's been feeling a little aspirationally challenged today. She's got to leave for college tonight, and I'd like it if she was in a good mood.
Apparently it's Guest Day at the Rainseekers', because Marcus brought Bethany (Belleosi Home) home with him.
I'm not even going to ask why Aremis has decided to teach Patricia about homework while wearing his winter parka. Sometime's it's better not to know.
The family's made an excellent choice in sending Piper out to schmooze with the headmaster. After all, who can resist those big blue eyes.
Hmm, no headmaster visit tonight afterall. BJ got stuck as soon as Piper had greeted him and I ended up just deleting him. Gah! Oh well, next round I guess. Piper called him up again and he'll be stopping by for a visit Tuesday night.
Benjamin actually has a rather cruddy relationship with all of his siblings except Piper, so we'll get started on that. Otherwise, who is he supposed to play Red Hands with after school? lol!

I think you manage a big home quite well! I love this family... it is like cute overload. Piper is very pretty!
Loved the collages... especially the '2 cool 4 school' thing, LOL!
Awww, Christmas... I have yet to do that. Oh, and the pinball career reward is fantastic, isn't it? I love it. It increases fun like nuts.
