These are the stories of the citizens of Knowlton - A Sims 2 Prosperity Challenge. If you love it, if you hate it, if you saw something you wanted to talk about, PLEASE leave comments. I'm a sad pathetic human, and I live for comments.

For those of you not familiar with what a Prosperity Challenge is, it's a Sims 2 Challenge in which the main focus is to build a prosperous community from scratch. There are a few catches though, everything, including your starting families are determined by the role of a dice (or in my case a randomizer). For the complete rules and setup you have two options the Yahoo! Group or the BBS thread at the official site.

The quick low down on the newly created Knowlton; Knowlton is completely deserted. It's set out in a grid, so at some point in the past it may have even been a city, but that may have been hundreds of years ago, because other than roads for miles around all you see is grass plains. Four daring families have decided (okay have been forced) to make a new start here. So come meet these daring folks, hear their stories, and wish them luck folks, they're going to need it! Week 4 - Round 8 - 5 Maple Square (Rainseeker)

The toddlers all have their toddler skills now and have moved on to building Charisma and such, which leaves Tina free to once more search the computer for a job in Art. This time she actually found one!

And here are all the toddlers in the playroom. Gosh they're cute! This family has good genetics! I really wish that Maxis had made these objects so that they could play together though. My four year old and two year old are best friends when they're not worst enemies.

Awww, this family is just so cute!

Someone needs a nap.
"No dodo, I wanna play wabbit"
Yes dodo, your eyes are tired.

Tina finally convinced Aremis to move the kitchen appliances out of the livingroom and into the kitchen. It's not finished yet, but at least it's an actual kitchen.

Aremis has a lot of time not working, and he's worried about his children not knowing his family, so he invites them all over for a party. Laura and Fraser weren't invited because Aremis has never met them, and technically speaking they're not related.

Looks like Piper's ready to grow-up. 1-2-3-Grow!

Here's Piper's new bedroom, which is upstairs away from the toddlers. I've obviously left space for Amanda to move in with her when she grows up.

This is the Piper's attached bathroom. It's actually nicer than her parents'. Looks like it's time for me to get back into the recolor business though. It's quicker than searching through all the TSR stuff for exactly the right color for the shower curtain.

"Great party Aremis! We gotta head back to school now though, lots of dating to do you know!"

What? You thought I had you eating cheesecake just for the yumminess factor?

I love super neat sims! This girl is building cleaning skills like mad, she even rolls up the want herself!

For goodness sake Tina, you're not that bad a cook!

"I'm as big as a sumo wrestler!"
Only pregnant women ever say that like it's a good thing.

Nobody in this family believes in real meals, it's dessert 24/7!

Amanda and Marcus have now gained 8 Charisma points each on moved on to other skills.

For all that Tina is constantly pregnant she loves spending time with all her children, even if it sometimes means she barely makes it to the bathroom in time.

"So Piper honey, Mommy's having another baby, isn't that exciting?"
"Another one Mom? Don't you have enough children, plus, didn't the plumbbob diety say something about cheesecake causing twins?"

Piper's birthday was on Friday, so she now has the whole weekend to skill build. I kinda took her aside and mentioned that she'd need to leave for college as soon as possible to make space for more babies. She was very understanding about the whole thing. Honestly, I think she just figures she'll have more room to herself at college.

This is just such a cute moment! She's so sweet with her little brother and sister.

Most of the time anyway. Give that to her you little brat!

Aremis remembers how hard it was to be a Popularity sim and make friends, so he invited Loretta over to meet Piper. Looks like it's going well.

Another fire?! What is it with you guys, neither one of you is a bad cook! I guess that stove needs to be replaced soon.

Baby time again! Just breath Tina, it'll be over in a second.

Here is little Benjamin Rainseeker, who will be refered to as Ben from now on. He's named after my middle son.

Here's his twin sister Patricia, henceforth called Pat. She's named after my mother.

Like I've said every entry. Kisses everyday, all day. They even manage to make the bathroom seem romantic.

Since Tina's no longer pregnant Aremis has been put on baby duty while Tina rises through the art world. He's actually very good at it. He's not able to keep up all his relationships, but that's okay, maintaining 30 friendships was a bit too much anyway.

Amanda and Marcus both had their birthday Sunday night. They grew up well, and they grew up cute!

Marcus Rainseeker

We'll end the round with Marcus and Amanda getting to know each other over a game of chess. Wow, a game of chess in this neighborhood that doesn't involve cheating, will wonders never cease!

Wow, these kids are all so cute! And more twins? Yikes. That cheesecake is evil, haha. I think I've used it maybe twice... my bad luck, I get twins often as is... especially when I DON'T want them. /sigh
