These are the stories of the citizens of Knowlton - A Sims 2 Prosperity Challenge. If you love it, if you hate it, if you saw something you wanted to talk about, PLEASE leave comments. I'm a sad pathetic human, and I live for comments.

For those of you not familiar with what a Prosperity Challenge is, it's a Sims 2 Challenge in which the main focus is to build a prosperous community from scratch. There are a few catches though, everything, including your starting families are determined by the role of a dice (or in my case a randomizer). For the complete rules and setup you have two options the Yahoo! Group or the BBS thread at the official site.

The quick low down on the newly created Knowlton; Knowlton is completely deserted. It's set out in a grid, so at some point in the past it may have even been a city, but that may have been hundreds of years ago, because other than roads for miles around all you see is grass plains. Four daring families have decided (okay have been forced) to make a new start here. So come meet these daring folks, hear their stories, and wish them luck folks, they're going to need it! Week 4 - Round 7 - Belleosi Home

A/N: I'm so excited and I have to tell someone, and you guys are it! I've got 1GB of RAM arriving late this afternoon to upgrade the pc. This will bring my system up to 1.5GB of RAM. So awesome, maybe I'll actually be able to run the big households like the Rainseekers/Pedersons and Whispering Winds without having to quit and reboot the system. Anyway, the next chapter may be a little late in arriving since I want to back everything up before cracking the case. I really don't think I'll fry the system, but you never know. On with the show!

This was a fairly quiet round at the Belleosi house. Even Dad was quiet and didn't bother anyone.

Ok, well, we did start the week off with a fire. Yet again a sim with high cooking points has managed to start a fire while cooking cup o'ramen.
Did I mention that I forgot a fire alarm here?
No! Not the bed, not Jasmine's painting! It's ok, Maura came and saved Sam. Fastest response to an emergency call I've ever seen. Sam hadn't even hung up the phone and Maura was there.

"I want a baby." Yes, I know dear, but we discussed this. First you get to the top of the Athletic track, switch to Show Business, and then you can get pregnant. You'll have to carry the baby because Jasmine needs to earn lots of money. Maybe this weekend dear.

This is how Sam spent the rest of the week. Talking on the phone in her underwear. She has a lot of friendships to maintain you know.

Jasmine brought home a promotion every single day, so she's spent what little time she had at home skill building for more promotions. I think Cora's realised that she should have left her hair her natural color (ok, it was late and for some reason I made her over to suit Eddie, so sue me. Plus her earrings/necklace mesh is flashing blue, I thought I solved that problem)

Jasmine's also been busy building her Art garden. It's not much, but it's a start. It would be more, but a bad chance card cost Jasmine $4,000.

Samantha spent some time building a proper burial place for her father now that she has enough money. She's going to try to paint a portrait of him from memory. It seems so long ago, she barely remembers him, but he deserves to be treated well.

Congratulations on the new RAM! It'll certainly help with bigger households, and also for Seasons, if you're planning on purchasing it.

Aww, she wants a baby. Hopefully she gets those other things done soon! I love seeing how sim DNA turns out.

Thanks! I can't wait to test out the new RAM now that it's installed. I've just tripled it, so I bet it'll feel blazing to me! As for Seasons, I think this is the first expansion pack that I've really had PEPS really bad. I just can't wait. I am just twitching over it and even talking about it to people who could care less. Two weeks to go! I wish they'd go back to having the guide released before the game. It would give me something to tide me over!

I'm thinking that Sam and Jasmine should produce beautiful children, but you never can tell. I've had to gorgeous parents produce something that belonged in an uglacy. Only time will tell for sure!
