For those of you not familiar with what a Prosperity Challenge is, it's a Sims 2 Challenge in which the main focus is to build a prosperous community from scratch. There are a few catches though, everything, including your starting families are determined by the role of a dice (or in my case a randomizer). For the complete rules and setup you have two options the Yahoo! Group or the BBS thread at the official site.

The quick low down on the newly created Knowlton; Knowlton is completely deserted. It's set out in a grid, so at some point in the past it may have even been a city, but that may have been hundreds of years ago, because other than roads for miles around all you see is grass plains. Four daring families have decided (okay have been forced) to make a new start here. So come meet these daring folks, hear their stories, and wish them luck folks, they're going to need it! Week 3 - Round 6 - Belleosi Home


When Eddie went into the energizer Friday morning he was alone, and then suddenly Samantha was home again.


Eddie rushed over to welcome her home. This meant he could go to University soon.


Samantha of course had other things on her mind, namely Jasmine...


Who moved in and grew-up into an outfit as bad as Samantha's. To the mirror and dresser with both of you, away now.

Of course they both got jobs right away. Poor Eddie was exhausted from all the harvesting he'd been doing, and it cut in on his study time. Sam's even came with a gift from the local team, the Llamas. Just curious, but why Llamas Maxis? Just because it's so silly?

By the end of the night Samantha was stinky, but had maximised her body skills.


Eddie tried to pretend that he didn't notice his stinky sister making out with her fiancee, but it was hard with a mirror right in front of his face, and them right behind his back.


Since Sam and Jasmine were otherwise occupied Eddie decided to help himself to the punching bag. I think he's taking out his fustrations over the death and haunting of his father.


Jasmine and Samantha are off to their first day of work. Jasmine is starting as a Junior Executive and Samantha is a MVP. Good luck ladies!


Samantha and Jasmine both got promotions and decided to celebrate Saturday night by getting married. There were more guests, but Sierra took Bobby and Billy home.


Even Dad showed up to witness the big event.


Mmmm cake! If my boyfriend (aka common-law husband) ever decides that we should get married properly I'm so not letting him shove cake down my throat.


Samantha and Jasmine immediately decided to do what all legacy type sims do at their wedding!
(Prosperity really is like multiple legacies all being run at once, although a little easier on some of the rules)


Well it was a roof raising party, but some timing really sucks. The groceries showed up at the same time as the limo, so of course no picture of them in the limo at the same time.


Apparently Dad still has issues with Eddie. I really don't know why he goes after Eddie all the time. All I can say is that it's a good thing that Eddie didn't inherit this house, which would unfortunately include his father.


Poor Eddie was completely devasted by the ghost-induced accident which occured at the party. Well technically it was after the party, but Eddie doesn't see it that way.


Jasmine was also welcomed by Dad. Luckily she had no bladder problems.


Sunday saw Eddie maxing out his charisma.


Afterwards he started working on his cooking again. He was only three skill points away from Maxing Out 7 Skills and he was determined to do it before University. Jasmine joined him since she's a lousy cook. What bugs me about this is that their social goes up, but not their relationship.


Monday morning at 7:30 am Eddie finished his last skill!


He promptly decided to leave for university right then. Sam came to see him off, but Jasmine had already left for work. Notice the pointless school bus back there? The red convertible is waiting for Sam.


Monday afternoon was eventful. Both ladies got a promotion and Samantha brought Monica Luworld home with her. It seemed the perfect opportunity to have someone help her with her golf game.


We'll leave your for this round with Samantha maxing out her charisma. Jasmine is inside somewhere painting fairly bad art.
