Week 4 - Round 7 - Rainseeker Home
Sorry it took so long guys. For some reason my RAM sat in Mirabel (it's an hour away by car) for more than a day before they sent it out here. I was playing in the mean time, but the Rainseeker home has gotten so big that I play 24 sim hours and then have to save, quit, shut down, and let my computer have a moment to itself. It came in this afternoon though, so the next time I get to one of these huge houses it should deal better.
Bobby and Billy are cleaning up the cake from one of the worst birthday celebrations ever. To refresh your memories, the twins didn't get to grow-up till after 10pm, Laura had a dirty diaper as soon as she grew-up, and Tom decided to scare everyone again.
Neil's been assigned bath duty, but he can't help with the toddler skilling because he has work in the morning.
After that she decides to teach Laura to walk. Luckily for the twins, Sierra has the next three days off work.
First time I've ever had to change a toddler's diaper. Laura looks really displeased by the whole thing. I forgot that while a bath would solve the hygiene thing, she'd still need a diaper change.
Help! Help! A toddler's got me and I can't escape. Even worse, she's glowing! Save Me!
Billy and Bobby need to build some skills up. I kinda wish they were knowledge sims because this house is a major drag on my system.
Yup, toddlers making friends. These two have a good routine going, get up, be cuddled and played with, potty, glowing milk, rabbit heads.
Skilling, skilling, skilling. Gotta reach the top. That's Bonker's car pulling up outside at 2am. Weird thing is Neil had a want for Bonker's to get promoted but didn't seem to realise that he had.
As usual, the kids buy a pet, and Mom gets to clean up after it.
Sierra really would have made an excellent family sim, she enjoys spending time with her kids. I guess friends are friends as far as she's concerned.
Poor Bobby is trying to explain the family relationships. I don't envy him, they're kinda complicated.
Billy's getting a taste of his own medicine, Neil cheats as much as he does!
Billy and Bobby are anxious to get onto the dating scene so they've settled on the first teenage girls they met. On the left (short brown hair) is Amy Jones, who it turns out is actually pretty without her uniform, and on the left is Hailey Hunicke. Amy is Billy's and Hailey is Bobby's.
Fraser's moved on to Creativity now. I swear this kid absorbs smart milk. I give it to him and the next time I look, he's stopped glowing.
Laura's moved on to building Logic skills now. This child is almost always glowing!
Neil does find some time to spend with his children. When he's not working towards a promotion he's actually a very good father.
I was forced to grow Fraser and Laura up a day early. Sierra has work tomorrow, and I really want to avoid the nanny if at all possible. The poor kids didn't even get birthday cakes.
It's Charlie Brown! Oops, my mistake, it's just Fraser.

Laura Pederson. I really hope she grows into that nose, but it's looking more and more doubtful.

Bobby and Fraser are trying to get to know each other. I'm not sure you want to know Fraser, Bobby. You're the only nice sim in this family, and Fraser's as bad as the rest of the house. I'm not kidding, Bobby has 7 nice points, the runner up for nicest sim is Sierra, and she only has 3 nice points.
Now that the youngest twins are children Sierra can spend some time with her older sons.

Wow, that's quite a house! Hopefully your newfound RAM makes it a little easier to play. I love the lower garage thing... how did you do that?
The picture with the ringing phone and the surgery dummy was great! I've never seen it ring before. And beware the cheaters, they're everywhere in this house, hehe. Blame Mr. Big!
Third time's a charm. I now promise to stop deleting my reply comments. If nobody's noticed then you can ignore that sentence all together. If you have noticed, well see the next post and you'll probably understand why!
The RAM is definetly helping. I've never seen Sims load or quit so fast before. The true test will be Uni and the Rainseekers.
The ringing phone picture is actually a trick of the eye. It's Neil's cell phone that's actually ringing, but it sure does look like the dummy phone!
Toddlers can have their IQ stuck with only 1 bottle of smart milk. People have also said that this lasts through childhood.
