These are the stories of the citizens of Knowlton - A Sims 2 Prosperity Challenge. If you love it, if you hate it, if you saw something you wanted to talk about, PLEASE leave comments. I'm a sad pathetic human, and I live for comments.

For those of you not familiar with what a Prosperity Challenge is, it's a Sims 2 Challenge in which the main focus is to build a prosperous community from scratch. There are a few catches though, everything, including your starting families are determined by the role of a dice (or in my case a randomizer). For the complete rules and setup you have two options the Yahoo! Group or the BBS thread at the official site.

The quick low down on the newly created Knowlton; Knowlton is completely deserted. It's set out in a grid, so at some point in the past it may have even been a city, but that may have been hundreds of years ago, because other than roads for miles around all you see is grass plains. Four daring families have decided (okay have been forced) to make a new start here. So come meet these daring folks, hear their stories, and wish them luck folks, they're going to need it! Week 3 - Round 5 - Sim State Uni - Whispering Winds - Sophomore Year

College life goes on. Luckily we've already gotten most of the milestones out of the way, so it was faster this time.

We started off the year with a bang, Samantha has maxed her creativity. This should be handy for Cadence, who's always wanting to earn larger and larger sums of money.

I have a rule about Greek houses. Once the house is furnished anything they bring back, they get to take to their new home, unless they bring back more than they'll need and then it's passed to a member who does need it, so into the inventory it goes. It's funny that they never put the blasted things anywhere near a tv, so if you don't move it you get angry college kids waving at you and shouting.

Samantha and Jasmine fell in love. They still haven't woohooed yet though.

But they did get engaged. I love the "OOOOH SHINY!!!" look they get!

Same as Visit Campus items. Your date brought it, you get to keep it. I'd rather give it to Eddie, but what the hey, he can bring the old one with him to college and then to his new lot. At least Jasmine's intelligent enough to NOT block her exit route. I hate when they get stuck on the porch.

Somebody, we won't say who, rolled up the want for a $5,000 statue. I just couldn't resist. After all this is supposed to be a greek house, and it's not a snooty one. I think it's very collegey.

This is the only time that they have time to socialize with each other. Um, they're doing their homework, it's just that the mesh of the table is a little higher than standard and things like plates and homework tend to sink into the wood a little.

Cadence meanwhile is making use of the lie detector, she maxed out her school bar really early this semester by making friends with both her profs in two days, and since she's Fortune, maxed creativity is a must.

This cow played music all year except when asked to leave because an aspirationally required date was about to start. We're all very grateful for his music. First time I ever saw a male cow, mine have always been female.

I always thought that cows were supposed to be female, but I've had male cows, too. Very odd. Maybe a bug?

Wow, you really make use of University time! I wish I had the patience, but I usually just want them out and breeding. I love seeing what a mixture of genetics produces! It's like playing roulette.

Generally when I'm just playing for me, I just zip through college (thank you insiminator) once I've found them a breeding partner. The only thing that scares me with genetics is that you can have two good looking sims and end up with a kid that belongs in an uglacy! I think everyone will be able to guess Cora Wetstein's father pretty easily!
